Responsibilities
- Lead and develop multiple cross-functional squads within our Growth pillar, focusing on the full AARRR framework.
- Manage the hiring, coaching, and professional development of team members, ranging from junior engineers to leads.
- Collaborate with product, data, and experience counterparts to build high-performing teams and deliver impactful technical roadmaps.
- Drive technical excellence by participating in design sessions, reviewing proposals, and optimizing development processes.
- Support the growth of current squad leads into more senior positions to ensure the long-term sustainability of our engineering organization.
Must-haves
- Proven experience in people management with a focus on fostering technical excellence and supporting team growth.
- A background as a hands-on software developer, with a current passion for software architecture, organizational design, and process improvement.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, tight-knit management team.
- A learning-oriented mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
- Fluency in English.
