What you bring

As a Senior Engineering Manager working on a Full Time basis in India, you will spearhead our Growth engineering team. You will play a critical role in our expansion by crafting localized products and driving innovation across our platform. Your work will involve utilizing a robust tech stack including Golang, NodeJS, MongoDB, Redis, Microservices, React, TypeScript, and Redux to solve complex distributed systems challenges.

• Lead, inspire, and mentor a talented team of software engineers to achieve technical excellence.
• Collaborate closely with our founders and product leaders to define our engineering culture and long-term roadmap.
• Architect scalable, maintainable solutions while ensuring high code quality through rigorous reviews and best practices.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a strong foundation in both technology and leadership. You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a Master’s degree considered a plus. You must bring at least 6 years of professional software development experience, including 3 years in a management or leadership role. You are expected to be an expert in Golang and NodeJS, with a deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and architectural design. Proficiency in React and TypeScript is essential, as is a keen eye for UI/UX trends. Excellent communication skills in English are required to facilitate seamless collaboration across our cross-functional teams.
