Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to join us on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in Bulgaria, where you will lead and empower our back-end team while shaping our technical strategy. You will be instrumental in driving both individual growth and high-level project planning.

Your impact

• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to your team, conducting performance reviews and helping each member define their personal growth path.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in product, design, and SEO to align engineering efforts with our broader business goals.
• Ensure that all software output meets our high standards for performance, security, and quality through effective project management and architectural planning.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should be a seasoned professional with a strong background in software engineering and team leadership. We are looking for someone who brings the following:

• A proven history of delivering large-scale software solutions.
• Demonstrated success in managing and mentoring software developers.
• Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with modern development practices, including pair programming, testing, and code reviews.
• The ability to define clear roadmaps and contribute to long-term technical strategies.
• Fluency in English.
