We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the technical direction within a specific product domain.
- Manage, coordinate, and review the output of your team to ensure all project goals are met on schedule.
- Proactively identify and remove both technical and personnel obstacles to empower your team to succeed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should bring 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of managing product teams and driving results from complex requirements. You should possess advanced proficiency in a core programming language, with specific expertise in one of the following technology stacks:
- JavaScript or TypeScript, particularly with React.
- Ruby, specifically with Rails or Roda.
- Golang, specifically with Echo.
