Role at a glance

This is a full-time Engineering Manager position focused on mentorship, technical leadership, and product strategy. You will be working in a remote capacity, though we also offer hybrid options for those near our San Francisco or NYC offices. We are looking for a candidate with prior management experience who is ready to help us shape the future of the developer landscape.

Your impact

• Directly manage and support a team of engineers, providing the mentorship and guidance they need to do their best work.
• Take a lead role in shaping our product roadmap by balancing engineering bandwidth with our long-term product goals.
• Stay hands-on with our product by writing code and collaborating across departments like Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience to ensure a seamless user journey.

What you'll need

You should be a technical leader who values both the human and the mechanical sides of engineering. We are looking for someone who can bring structure and process to our team while maintaining the trust and support that allows people to thrive. You should be comfortable working in an English-speaking environment and have a strong background in technical management, mentorship, and product development. Most importantly, you should be excited to build a developer experience that you would personally want to use.
