We are searching for an Engineering Manager to lead our Webflow Analyze team. In this role, you will guide the development of our analytics products, helping our customers gain actionable insights into site traffic and user behavior so they can make smarter decisions.
Key outcomes
- Lead a full-stack engineering team dedicated to building and scaling our analytics product offerings.
- Direct the roadmap planning and execution for Webflow Analyze, determining technical investments and shaping key features.
- Establish technical direction and maintain high engineering standards across the team.
- Balance hands-on contributions with leadership duties, stepping in to unblock the team or set standards while prioritizing overall execution.
- Collaborate with partners in Product, Design, and Engineering to define goals and strategy.
- Support the professional growth of your team members by providing clear feedback and identifying development opportunities.
- Foster a culture of accountability and deliver high-quality results.
- Work with other engineering leaders to refine our internal processes and improve team support.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience managing teams within a high-growth environment.
- At least 5 years of experience as a technical individual contributor building sustainable software systems.
- Proven experience leading teams using modern stacks, specifically TypeScript, React, Node.js, Mongo, and AWS.
- Background in developing data-driven or analytics-focused products.
- Experience mentoring and growing senior-level engineers.
- A commitment to building an inclusive team culture.
- Experience managing geographically distributed teams.
- The ability to deliver constructive feedback with empathy, respect, and kindness.
- Proficiency in English.
Compensation
The base salary for this position is determined by your geographic location, experience, and skills. The following ranges apply to our primary hiring regions:
- United States Zone A: $175,780 - $247,690 USD
- United States Zone B: $164,500 - $232,180 USD
- United States Zone C: $154,160 - $217,610 USD
- Canada (BC & ON): CAD 199,280 - CAD 281,060
This role is also eligible for our company-wide bonus program, which is based on individual career level and company performance.
