What you'll be doing

• You will lead and mentor a team of passionate, high-performing engineers, fostering their career growth through consistent feedback and guidance.
• You will take full ownership of designing and building core modules across our application and infrastructure layers, ensuring our services remain performant, scalable, and reliable.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and global leadership to define our strategic roadmap, implement efficient development processes, and deliver exceptional user experiences.

What you'll bring

• You have over 7 years of experience developing high-performance applications, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• You possess deep technical expertise in our core stack, including ReactJS, Kotlin, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• You are a natural leader with a proven track record of hiring, managing, and empowering diverse engineering teams.
• You have a strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and are comfortable navigating ambiguity to get things done.
• You are fluent in English and thrive in an on-site, collaborative work environment.
