We are looking for a full-time Engineering Manager to work remotely and lead the development of our next generation of interactive web applications that directly improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and supervise a high-performing team of engineers while providing both technical guidance and career development.
• Manage the full lifecycle of our customer-facing web applications, from initial design and development to deployment and ongoing production monitoring.
• Ensure all software development adheres to strict FDA regulatory standards, including maintaining high-quality documentation and rigorous quality assurance processes.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in software development, specifically within web applications.
• Minimum of 1 year in a management or technical leadership position.
• Expertise in modern front-end frameworks such as JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Proven track record of managing Agile workflows and utilizing CI/CD pipelines to maintain high standards of code quality and security.
• A strong desire to work within a regulated medical environment and a commitment to building secure, scalable technology.

What we offer

We provide a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary range of $141,000 to $215,025 for all locations outside of the San Francisco Bay Area, and $159,000 to $242,475 for those based in the San Francisco Bay Area. In addition to base pay, we offer:
