The role
We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our 11-person Dashboard team in France. This is a full-time, hybrid position focused on guiding the development of our primary customer-facing dashboard and our internal backoffice tools. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients can effectively monitor their traffic and manage security threats with ease.
Core responsibilities
- Mentor and grow your team members by conducting regular one-on-ones, setting clear OKRs, and managing performance reviews.
- Define internal engineering guidelines and processes to ensure our products remain performant, scalable, and reliable in production.
- Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and security teams to shape the technical roadmap and lead cross-team initiatives.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in software engineering and people management. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience in a leadership or management capacity.
- 5 years of professional experience working within a SaaS environment.
- Proven success in delivering customer-facing web applications that integrate frontend, backend, and DevOps components.
- A deep commitment to code quality, system performance, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Proficiency in English to work effectively with our distributed team.
