What you'll be doing
- You will lead your team in developing new products while working cross-functionally to drive value for our customers.
- You will foster a supportive environment that gives your engineers the space to grow and succeed, while also helping to define organizational roadmaps and metrics.
- You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to refine processes and create solutions that improve the overall creator experience.
What you'll bring
- You have at least 5 years of total engineering experience, including a background as a full-stack engineer.
- You possess 3 or more years of experience supporting engineering teams and guiding initiatives of increasing complexity.
- You have a proven ability to help engineers grow into strong contributors and can effectively identify and solve operational gaps through team consensus.
- You are familiar with distributed systems, and your technical toolkit ideally includes experience with Node.js, ReactJS, GraphQL, or NoSQL databases.
- You are comfortable working in an English-speaking environment.
What you'll get
The base salary range for this full-time position is $175,000 to $220,000, plus equity and a comprehensive benefits package.
