About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will balance people management with technical contributions. You will guide a supportive team of engineers, collaborate with our product and design groups, and help build the next generation of our core infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of five to seven engineers, supporting their professional growth and managing their performance through regular feedback and career development.
- Spend approximately 50 percent of your time working directly in the codebase, performing code reviews, debugging, and providing hands-on technical guidance.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define our product roadmap, remove development roadblocks, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- A strong Full Stack background with proven experience in delivering scalable software.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Deep technical proficiency in areas such as CI/CD, testing methodologies, and architectural design.
- Experience working with our core technology stack, which includes Go, Angular, TypeScript, and C#.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, ideally with experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
Location
This position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere.
