What you bring

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our engineering processes, ensuring our team remains efficient while fostering a supportive environment where every individual can thrive. You will work remotely from anywhere in the world while focusing on the following core responsibilities:

• Leading a distributed team of cross-functional engineers to deliver high-quality Web3 applications.
• Designing and implementing robust processes for product development, testing, and deployment.
• Partnering with leadership and product management to oversee technical planning, roadmapping, and prioritization.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess at least four years of experience in software development and at least two years of direct engineering management experience. We value candidates who have navigated the fast-paced environment of a growth-stage startup and understand how to scale teams effectively. You should have the technical depth to engage in complex discussions about solutions and the soft skills to build trust, provide actionable coaching, and advocate for your team members. Proficiency in English is required, and a genuine passion for the Web3 space is essential for understanding our product and our users.
