What you bring

As an Engineering Manager working in a full-time capacity, you will guide a cross-functional team based in India. You will lean on your experience with our core technology stack, which includes Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Couchbase, BigQuery, Docker, Kubernetes, Graphite, Grafana, and Kibana, to drive our technical strategy forward. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

• Leading and mentoring a talented group of 5 to 8 software developers to help them reach their full potential.
• Overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, ranging from initial strategic planning and testing to active monitoring and incident response.
• Collaborating with product counterparts and key stakeholders to define team OKRs and ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

We are looking for a leader who is comfortable managing both people and complex technical systems. You should have a deep understanding of engineering best practices and a genuine passion for software excellence. Proficiency in English is essential for clear communication across our teams.
