We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. At Adikteev, we help fuel the app ecosystem by driving user engagement and retention through custom retargeting and CTV campaigns. With a global presence spanning Paris, San Francisco, Barcelona, and Seoul, our team of over 120 employees has seen impressive growth, and we are eager to find a leader who can help us continue that momentum.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor our Backend and Data Engineering teams, providing guidance on career growth, architecture, and technical leadership.
- Manage and organize the performance of our campaign projects while facilitating effective decision-making across the technical department.
- Drive recruitment efforts for the engineering team and oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure they integrate successfully into our culture.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong background in software development and team leadership. We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- A proven track record as a backend or data developer, supported by confirmed management experience.
- Hands-on coding proficiency in Golang and NodeJS, along with deep expertise in software architecture, such as microservices and event-driven design.
- Experience with production environments, incident management, and assessing technical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide feedback and foster an inclusive team environment.
- Note: For legal reasons, candidates must hold European citizenship or maintain residency within the European Union.
