The role

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to join our team in the United Kingdom on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a leadership position for an experienced professional who thrives at the intersection of people management and hands-on technical contribution. You will lead a product-focused squad, partnering closely with our product and design teams to turn ambitious ideas into reality. We need a leader who prefers providing context over exercising control and who is comfortable navigating ambiguity while maintaining a high-performance, tight-knit culture.

Core responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of expert engineers while balancing people management with your own hands-on technical contributions.
• Collaborate with product and design partners to brainstorm, define priorities, and translate creative concepts into functional, user-facing products.
• Foster a high-performance environment by facilitating clear communication, encouraging healthy debate, and ensuring the team remains agile as we evolve our infrastructure and product.

• Proven experience in people management and engineering leadership.
