What you bring

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. You will balance your time between high-level people leadership and hands-on technical contributions, helping us scale our SaaS solutions in the capital markets space. Your work will be central to our success, and you will be expected to drive excellence across our core data and AI initiatives.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers while fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture.
• Guide technical strategy and architectural decisions for web applications using Python, Django, JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js, Postgres, and AWS.
• Oversee the development of scalable data pipelines and AI-driven features to ensure our platform remains at the cutting edge.

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of technical expertise and management experience. You should have at least 8 years of experience in software development and technical leadership, including a minimum of 2 years specifically managing teams. We are looking for someone with a solid academic background, such as a Bachelor’s degree with 6 to 10 years of experience or a Master’s degree with 5 to 7 years of experience. You must be proficient in core programming languages and have a deep understanding of distributed systems, relational databases, and SQL. Experience with data pipelines, data warehouses, and AI/ML system design is essential for this role. We value candidates who are excellent communicators in English and who demonstrate a proven track record of success in enterprise SaaS environments.
