What is this role?
We are searching for an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in the United States. In this role, you will work closely with our engineering leadership to build and execute our product strategy, ensure our projects are delivered successfully, and cultivate an ambitious, optimistic culture where our engineers can do their best work.
What will you do?
- Lead and support an established team of engineers as they build and refine the core features of our platform.
- Recruit, mentor, and train new talent while fostering a workplace environment centered on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product management to plan and prioritize projects, while driving technical decision-making to ensure high-quality results.

To succeed in this role, you should be a strong communicator who is comfortable navigating the intersection of business goals and technical execution. We are looking for someone who brings the following:
- At least one year of experience in a leadership or management capacity within an engineering team.
- A solid technical background with practical experience building software and delivering value to customers.
- A deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies, balanced with the wisdom to know when to prioritize speed over process.
- Fluency in English and a genuine passion for how technology can solve real-world business challenges.
