We are currently looking for an Engineering Manager to join our team in Israel on a full-time, on-site basis.

What you'll be doing

Lead and inspire: You will guide a talented group of engineers, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and high technical standards.
Build and deliver: You will oversee the development of innovative solutions, such as LMS integrations, advanced content management tools, and enhanced security features.
Collaborate and communicate: You will partner with Sales, Product, and Design teams to ensure our projects align with the unique needs of our enterprise customers.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in software engineering and a passion for our mission. We are looking for the following qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience leading and managing engineering teams in a professional environment.
A deep understanding of architectural patterns and software engineering principles, with the expectation that you will remain hands-on with architecture and coding roughly 40% of the time.
Proficiency in our core technology stack, which includes GCP, PHP, React, MySQL, and Redis.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex technical projects while building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Fluency in English.
A solution-oriented mindset that allows you to translate complex customer requirements into effective technical designs.
