What you bring

As an Engineering Manager, you will serve as a player-coach who balances individual contributions with the leadership of a talented software engineering team. This is a full-time, remote position that is open to candidates located anywhere. You will be instrumental in driving our technology initiatives, from Greenfield projects to scaling our existing platform. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Leading and mentoring a team of engineers to foster professional growth and high-quality output.
• Driving technical decision-making and architecture discussions while promoting best practices in code quality.
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners to define project scopes, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with 5 to 8 years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in a management role. You should hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or possess equivalent practical experience. A strong technical foundation is essential, specifically with technologies such as Java, C#, Kotlin, Angular, and Postgres. We value individuals who are comfortable with modern development tools, including AI coding assistants, and who possess excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders. You should be a problem-solver who remains calm under pressure and stays curious about emerging industry trends.
