What you bring

As a Senior Engineering Manager in a full-time, hybrid role based in India, you will lead and mentor our engineering talent while driving technical excellence. You will combine your strategic thinking and technical problem-solving skills to ensure our software solutions meet the highest standards. Your core responsibilities include:

• Providing hands-on technical leadership to solve complex problems and ensure high-value impact.
• Owning the maintenance and development of team services by implementing best practices for sustainable code.
• Driving cross-training initiatives and balancing new feature development with technical enhancements.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced professional with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. You should have at least 10 years of hands-on experience in developing complex systems, with deep proficiency in both backend and frontend services. A strong command of RDBMS and Agile methodologies is essential. The ideal candidate is a natural mentor with excellent interpersonal skills who can inspire teams, manage career development, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. You must be comfortable operating strategically in a 24x7 service environment and possess a solid understanding of CI/CD principles to ensure efficient deployment processes.
