We are a growing Series A startup, and we are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. Please note that all team members must be available to work between 9am and 5pm in any timezone from Pacific to Eastern.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of senior fullstack engineers while fostering their professional growth.
- Partner with our Head of Engineering to develop the processes, structure, and execution strategies that keep our organization moving forward.
- Collaborate closely with product and go-to-market teams to ship innovative features while advocating for high standards in architectural design and code quality.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in software engineering, specifically in developing and deploying production-level systems.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a direct engineering management role.
- Proven success in recruiting, mentoring, and retaining top-tier technical talent.
- A strong ability to balance hands-on technical contributions with the leadership required to drive teams toward peak performance.
- Experience leading significant product and infrastructure initiatives while thriving in a fast-paced, autonomous, and ambiguous environment.
- A track record of working effectively across cross-functional teams, including product, design, sales, and marketing.
