About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join us in a Full Time capacity. In this role, you will lead our backend development team, focusing on delivering high-quality web applications and API solutions tailored for the restaurant industry. You will guide our technical strategy, oversee the development of our core systems using C#, ASP.NET Web API, and .NET Core, and foster a collaborative environment where your team can excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the design and maintenance of complex web applications and APIs while ensuring the team follows industry best practices.
• Mentor and inspire your team members to cultivate a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and high technical standards.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and project managers to align our technical roadmap with broader business objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should bring a strong blend of technical expertise and leadership experience. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of professional software development experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a management or leadership role within a C# and .NET environment.
• Deep knowledge of backend development, system design, and database architecture.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to drive team performance.
• Bonus: Experience with iOS development is highly valued.

This position is based in India and is an on-site role.
