We are currently seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our hybrid team of talented full-stack engineers as we continue to innovate and grow.

Requirements
- Prior leadership experience within a startup environment.
- Proven success in managing distributed engineering teams.
- A strong technical foundation as a software engineer, specifically with React, Python, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
- A track record of building and scaling cloud-based SaaS products using a hands-on approach.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Must reside permanently within the United States.
Preferred qualifications
- Practical knowledge of healthcare industry operations, such as medical billing or patient check-in workflows.
- Experience working with Electronic Health Record integrations or similar vendor systems.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $190,000 to $230,000. In addition to base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and long-term success, including:
