What you'll be doing

• Lead, inspire, and grow a team of creative engineers within our Training and Coaching product area, providing both technical guidance and hands-on support for coding and system design.
• Drive strategic decisions regarding our technical ecosystem and team operations, ensuring our architecture remains reliable and scalable to meet the demands of our hyper-growth environment.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and technical program managers to communicate decisions effectively and advocate for the resources your team needs to innovate.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should have an executive level of experience and a passion for building high-quality software. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Over 10 years of hands-on experience designing and building scalable, customer-facing software products.
• Proven leadership experience in managing software engineering teams and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle for SaaS applications.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Ruby, Java, or Python.
• Strong technical expertise in SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
• Extensive experience working with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Deep knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, along with microservices architecture and cloud-native development practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English and an entrepreneurial spirit that focuses on delivering high-quality results.
