What you bring

We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. You will lead a talented group of 4 to 6 engineers, balancing your time between management duties and individual contributor tasks. This role is available to candidates located anywhere, offering a hybrid work environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Defining and executing the product roadmap in close partnership with product managers and designers.
• Leading team rituals and facilitating high-quality engineering output through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Managing the professional growth of your direct reports, including conducting performance reviews and providing regular coaching.

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in engineering leadership and technical strategy. You should be proficient in system design and comfortable writing code, as you will remain active in the development process. We value leaders who are skilled at roadmap planning and managing team performance. You must be fluent in English, as it is the primary language of our international team. We look for individuals who are collaborative, eager to mentor others, and capable of making significant architectural decisions. A background in managing technical teams is essential, and you should be comfortable working within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
