Role at a glance
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a leadership position based on-site in Australia, where you will guide a team of full-stack and cross-functional engineers to evolve our platform and deliver high-impact results.
Your impact
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of engineers, supporting their professional growth and managing all people-related matters.
- Drive the technical and business strategy by collaborating cross-functionally to design architectures and build features that delight our users.
- Champion high-quality software engineering principles while managing the full development cycle, from technical design and experimentation to final launch.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should be a seasoned leader with a passion for building high-performing teams. We are looking for the following qualities:
- Proven success in Agile software delivery, specifically in environments where teams release changes to production at least every two weeks.
- Substantial experience in people management, team leadership, and mentorship.
- Strong organizational and workflow optimization skills, with the ability to navigate a fast-paced, adaptable environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to influence stakeholders and resolve disputes effectively.
- A track record of setting clear goals, holding teams accountable, and driving execution without compromising on code quality.
