What you bring

We are seeking a Lead Engineering Manager to join our team on a Full Time, on-site basis in India. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our technical landscape using technologies like ReactJS, Kotlin, Spring, Docker, and AWS. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading and mentoring a team of talented, passionate engineers to deliver high-quality product features.
• Designing and building core infrastructure and application modules that power our global ecosystem.
• Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to define the strategic roadmap and drive innovation at scale.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with over seven years of experience in developing high-performance applications, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment. You should possess a deep understanding of modern web architecture and be comfortable navigating ambiguity to deliver results. We value individuals who have strong opinions on technical trade-offs, such as choosing between SQL and NoSQL or containerization strategies. You must be an excellent communicator who can simplify complex technical concepts, and you should have a proven track record of hiring and developing diverse, world-class engineering talent. Proficiency in English is required for this role.
