What is this role?
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a leadership position based in our Dublin headquarters, though we operate with a hybrid work model. You will play a pivotal role in guiding our engineering teams through an exciting phase of growth, focusing on building strong team cultures and effective technical strategies.
What will you do?
- Lead and mentor two product engineering teams, ensuring their daily efforts align with our broader company goals and product strategy.
- Implement and refine agile practices that suit our specific team context, helping to remove bottlenecks and maintain a steady flow of development.
- Oversee the operational health of our services, including managing on-call rotations and ensuring high-performance service delivery.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in software engineering and a proven track record in team leadership. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with technical strategy and has experience in incident management. You should be fluent in English and possess the following qualities:
