We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a management-level role designed for a seasoned professional who is comfortable leading technical strategy and mentoring high-performing teams from anywhere in the world.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you should bring a blend of technical depth and leadership experience. We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

• At least 7 years of software engineering experience, including 4 or more years in a people management capacity.
• Proficiency with Ruby, ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
• A Master’s degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• A proven track record of building new products from the ground up and collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners like product managers and designers.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a strong, customer-centric mindset.
