About the Role
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join us on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for leading teams of engineers as we continue to scale our operations. Whether you are experienced in managing a single team or have led at the group level, we want to hear from you. You will work in a hybrid capacity, managing both local and remote team members while reporting to a Senior Engineering Manager or Engineering Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support teams of Backend, iOS, and Android engineers to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
- Collaborate on product strategy, define project goals, and provide ongoing mentorship to help your team members grow in their careers.
- Improve and implement engineering processes and values that allow our organization to scale effectively.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should bring the following qualifications and experience:
- At least 2 years of experience as a line manager for a technical team.
- A background as a Software Engineer with a focus on building user-centric products in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in building teams, conducting performance reviews, and setting clear goals for direct reports.
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively with peers, managers, and cross-functional partners in design and operations.
