Your role

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality solutions that directly support our business objectives.

• Collaborate with Product Management and other stakeholders to define and prioritize technical initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes (e.g., revenue, user engagement, or cost efficiencies).

• Recruit and hire top engineering talent, building a strong talent pipeline to ensure the right technical and cultural fit for the organization.

Tech-Stack

• Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) & Container (Docker/Kubernetes)

• Git-based workflows & CI/CD (e.g., ARGO CD, GitHub Actions)

• Basic knowledge of OpenTelemetry or other observability tools

Your profile

• 2+ years of experience leading software engineering teams with a proven track record of delivering impactful, business-driven solutions.

• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and modern engineering practices like continuous integration and delivery.

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
