About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will lead a high-performing group of software engineers to deliver impactful and high-quality technical solutions. You will act as a mentor, shape our engineering culture, and play a pivotal part in growing our team by identifying and hiring the right talent to help us achieve our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach software engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with our core business objectives.
- Partner closely with Product Management and various stakeholders to define and prioritize technical initiatives that drive measurable outcomes.
- Manage the recruitment process to build a strong talent pipeline, ensuring we bring in individuals who are a great fit for both our technical needs and our company culture.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- At least 2 years of experience leading software engineering teams with a proven history of delivering business-driven results.
- Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and modern practices like CI/CD.
- Technical familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, as well as containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Git-based workflows and a foundational understanding of observability tools like OpenTelemetry.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- A solution-oriented, curious, and user-centric mindset that allows you to navigate complexity and advocate for best practices.
Location
This position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere.
