The role

We are hiring an Engineering Manager to join us on a full-time basis. This senior-level position is fully remote and focuses on leading the teams that maintain and evolve the mobile products relied on by millions of families. You will guide technical direction, support engineers across locations, and ensure our core offerings remain reliable as we scale.

Core responsibilities

• Own the technical health of our core mobile products by building and improving the infrastructure needed to maintain high performance for more than 10 million active users.
• Translate business goals into technical milestones, setting the “how” and the “when” so the team delivers high-quality features on schedule.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for bug management, including rapid-response workflows and proactive architectural changes that reduce technical debt and prevent issues at the source.

Skills and experience

We are looking for candidates with at least seven years of software engineering experience, including three or more years in people management. You should have a track record of leading engineering teams that have scaled B2C products beyond 10 million users and demonstrated success managing both onshore and offshore teams while building a culture of engineering excellence. Deep expertise in mobile ecosystems (iOS and Android) and the infrastructure required to support them at scale is essential. We also seek proven experience embedding agentic AI into the software development lifecycle in ways that measurably improve engineering velocity and code reliability. Exceptional communication skills for managing stakeholders and distributed teams, along with strong cross-functional collaboration-especially with Product Managers to turn business goals into actionable roadmaps-are required. All work is conducted in English.
