We are hiring an Engineering Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Germany. This is a management-level position perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to lead technical teams through growth and innovation.

What you'll need

• A strong background in software development and architecture.
• Proven experience in engineering management, specifically with a track record of successfully scaling technical organizations.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate technical challenges.
• Fluency in English.
• Bonus points if you have conversational German skills, experience in startup environments, or familiarity with TypeScript, Node.js, and Angular.
