Role at a glance

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role based in the United States. You will be the bridge between technical execution and business strategy, ensuring our engineering projects are delivered with excellence while mentoring a talented team of developers.

Your impact

• Project Leadership: You will own the full project lifecycle, from defining scope and sprint planning to ensuring we meet our milestones with high-quality results.
• Team Mentorship: You will lead, coach, and develop our engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement through regular 1:1s and career pathing.
• Strategic Collaboration: You will act as the primary liaison between engineering, product, and design teams to align our technical output with our broader business goals.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, with 2+ years specifically in a leadership or managerial role.
• A strong technical foundation with proficiency in languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Deep familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, along with experience managing CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, allowing you to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• A proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.
