Engineering Manager at Inato

As we prepare for significant growth in 2025, we are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our team in France and lead our Perform product squad.

What you'll be doing

• You will lead the Perform squad in delivering high-impact patient pre-screening software, focusing on operational excellence by identifying bottlenecks and optimizing for fast, sustainable delivery.
• You will act as a bridge between technical and product stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and making informed decisions to guide the squad's direction.
• You will manage a team of 6 to 8 engineers, providing consistent feedback, fostering professional growth, and overseeing the hiring and onboarding of new talent.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong engineering background and experience working within a fast-paced scale-up environment. We are looking for someone who understands the complexities of maintaining code quality while expanding product scope. Your qualifications should include:

• Proven experience in remote management, specifically leading teams of senior software engineers.
• A deep product mindset and the ability to think in systems, ensuring that what you build aligns with broader company goals.
• Fluency in both English and French, allowing you to communicate effectively with diverse technical and non-technical teams.
• Bonus points if you have experience with cloud infrastructure, lean management, or domain-driven design.
