Engineering Manager at Audiomob

At Audiomob, we are transforming how games are monetized by introducing non-interrupting audio advertisements. We are a rapidly scaling startup that partners with global industry leaders such as Warner Music Group, Intel, McDonald's, and Uber Eats. As the industry leader in mobile in-game audio advertising, we are constantly pushing the boundaries of technology to build scalable, effective solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced, hands-on Engineering Manager to join our team in the United Arab Emirates to lead our Infrastructure and Services division.

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers to foster a high-performance, collaborative work environment.
• Drive the design, development, and delivery of high-scale software solutions that align with our core business objectives.
• Remain deeply involved in technical execution by participating in coding, conducting code reviews, and leading architecture discussions.
• Mentor engineering talent to support professional growth and career development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate product requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Establish and maintain best practices for software development, testing, and deployment.
• Identify and resolve both technical and organizational challenges to ensure high-quality, timely project delivery.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively within our fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of professional software development experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
• Demonstrable expertise working with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Extensive experience building and delivering high-performance, scalable systems.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to build and guide high-performing teams.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience working within the AdTech or Gaming industries.
• Technical proficiency in Go.
