We are seeking an Engineering Manager to join our team on an on-site basis. In this role, you will act as a mentor and coach for a group of high-energy engineers, helping them unlock their full potential while we build out our next-generation platform. You will bridge the gap between technical execution and career development, ensuring that our team remains both productive and fulfilled. A day in the life

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in product, design, and sales to define requirements and deliver innovative features that provide real value to our customers.
• Lead the execution of our product roadmap, taking ownership of delivery timelines and keeping the wider organization informed on our progress.
• Actively recruit and build a diverse, high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.

Who you are

You are a technical leader with a strong foundation in Computer Science and a passion for building great products. You possess at least 5 years of technical experience and 2 years of people management experience. You are comfortable navigating different technology paradigms and can contribute to high-level discussions regarding technical architecture and query optimization. You bring a strong product sense, a curious mindset, and the ability to mentor engineers as they grow in their careers. Proficiency in English is required for this role.
