We are currently looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join our hybrid team in India and help us build the best engineering organization in the industry.
What you'll be doing
- You will lead one or more teams of talented Backend, iOS, Android, and Web engineers to deliver high-quality software.
- You will play a key role in defining product strategy, setting clear project goals, and providing the mentorship necessary for your team to succeed.
- You will foster a collaborative environment by improving our internal processes and working closely with cross-functional partners in design, operations, and product management.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in software engineering and people management. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a line manager, with a proven ability to build and grow high-performing teams.
- A solid foundation as a Software Engineer, specifically with experience building user-focused products in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with peers, managers, and direct reports.
- Experience guiding team members through performance reviews, goal setting, and technical mentorship.
