Narvar is expanding, and we are looking for a motivated Engineering Manager to join our team. We focus on transforming the post-purchase experience for over 1300 brands, including household names like Nike, Sonos, and Neiman Marcus. By helping retailers engage and retain their customers, we have supported more than 125 million consumers across the globe. What you'll be doing
- You will design and build scalable, distributed systems while ensuring your team delivers incremental value that aligns with our long-term technical vision.
- You will set a high standard for engineering excellence by driving improvements in software design, coding practices, and overall quality.
- You will lead project planning, translate complex requirements into actionable work streams, and mentor your teammates to help them grow professionally.
What you'll bring
- You have at least 12 years of professional experience in software engineering, specifically with SaaS products.
- You possess 3 or more years of experience leading technical architecture and guiding initiatives from the initial concept to final delivery.
- You are highly proficient in designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- You have hands-on experience scaling both relational and NoSQL databases, such as MySQL, Postgres, or MongoDB.
- You are comfortable working within cloud computing platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
- You have a strong background in leading Agile teams and a genuine passion for mentoring others.
- You are fluent in English and have a strong preference for working in a startup environment.
