We would love for you to join our team as a Full Stack Engineering Lead to help us shape the future of this mission.
What you'll be doing
- You will manage the end-to-end development lifecycle, which includes designing core features and writing clean, efficient code for both the frontend and backend.
- You will act as a player-coach, spending half of your time leading and mentoring our engineering team to foster a high-performing culture while dedicating the other half to hands-on development.
- You will drive collaboration across our cross-functional teams, ensuring that our technical architecture remains scalable and secure while bridging the gap between our engineering groups in the United States and India.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in full-stack engineering and a drive to build products from the ground up in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is excited to work on-site with the team and possesses the following skills:
- Proficiency in modern web technologies, specifically HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and React.
- Experience with server-side programming using languages like Python or Java.
- A solid understanding of database management using SQL and NoSQL technologies.
- Strong communication skills and a proven ability to mentor other engineers.
- Fluency in English.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and a passion for applying AI and ML concepts to healthcare.
What you'll get
