We are looking for an Engineering Manager to take full responsibility for Cognitiv projects. Applicant will oversee the project vision, planning and timelines, and the development and management of engineers.
This position will be located in Bellevue, WA with a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in office (Mon/Tue/Wed) and 2 days remote (Thursday/Friday). The schedule is the same across all business units/office locations.

$160,000-$210,000 Base Salary + EquityActual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to job-related knowledge, level of relevant experience, education and skills.
