Key outcomes

• Lead and mentor a talented team of engineers to build software that improves the lives of patients and hospital staff.
• Drive key architectural decisions across our backend, frontend, database, and infrastructure domains.
• Provide consistent coaching, feedback, and guidance to engineers as they navigate complex technical projects.
• Develop creative, effective solutions to intricate technical and product-related problems.
• Actively participate in hiring and scaling our engineering organization to meet our ambitious growth goals.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing a software engineering team, including both people management and technical leadership.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a full stack software engineer.
• Strong proficiency in web-based APIs, modern frontend frameworks, and database management.
• The ability to think logically through complex technical challenges to implement effective, pragmatic solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proven track record of leading complex technical projects from inception to completion.
• Technical expertise in our core stack, including Python, TypeScript, Postgres, Airflow, Google Cloud Platform, Flask, React, and Apollo GraphQL.
• Fluency in English.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $180,000 to $210,000. Please note that exact compensation may vary based on your specific skills, experience, and location. In addition to salary, we offer the following benefits:
