We are currently seeking an Engineering Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will lead the team responsible for modernizing the frontend of our web application while driving cross-functional solutions that empower our engineers. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our frontend architecture and influencing the broader End User Experience cluster.
Responsibilities
- Lead an agile team of engineers, overseeing initiatives that enhance the quality and performance of our web applications.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, hiring, coaching, mentorship, and conducting regular performance reviews to foster professional growth.
- Collaborate with product teams and other engineering leaders to align on strategy, manage delivery timelines, and ensure we are consistently delivering value to our customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership or managerial capacity, with a track record of supporting high-performing teams.
- Expertise in agile methodologies and a strong ability to balance structured processes with creative problem-solving.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- A deep commitment to technical leadership, change management, and end-to-end accountability for software quality.
- Experience working with products that serve a large-scale user base is highly valued.
