What you bring
As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead multiple development teams in a full-time capacity, blending hands-on technical work with strategic leadership. You will be based in Switzerland, with the flexibility to work in a hybrid model. Your core responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring developers to foster high-performing, self-reliant product teams.
- Contributing directly to software architecture and code while owning segments of our technology roadmap.
- Collaborating with other team leads to refine internal processes and ensure efficient, continuous delivery.
Requirements
We are looking for an engineer at heart who has spent at least three years leading software development teams. You should be highly proficient in PHP, React, and TypeScript. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of agile methodologies and lean development practices. We value candidates who are committed to the professional growth of their direct reports and who thrive in fast-paced, interdisciplinary environments. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is considered a plus. You must be fluent in English, and while not mandatory, proficiency in German is highly welcomed.
