Engineering Manager at LeanIX

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead one of our cross-functional teams within the Inventory Tribe. In this role, you will guide a talented group of developers, product managers, and UX designers as you build resilient, scalable solutions that empower our customers to manage their complex IT architectures.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience, ideally working within a modern SaaS environment.
• Proven experience in a leadership or management role, with a focus on team culture and growth.
• Strong technical proficiency with our core stack, including Kotlin, Angular, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, GraphQL, Redis, and PostgreSQL.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• The ability and willingness to work on-site in our Bonn office on a regular basis.
• Must be currently based in Germany to be considered for this position.

Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience in building search engines or working with AI-assisted search and retrieval technologies.
• Background knowledge in the domain of enterprise architecture.
