We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a remote team that builds and scales our AI-driven roadmap on Salesforce and AWS infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a blended team of engineers focused on cloud and Salesforce development, guiding career growth and fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
- Drive technical solutions by modeling data, defining APIs, designing classes, and documenting overall architecture while providing hands-on expertise to overcome challenges.
- Partner with Product Managers, UX designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into feasible plans and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Five or more years of hands-on development experience, including at least two years working with AWS or Salesforce platforms.
- One or more years of experience with machine learning or generative AI technologies.
- Two or more years in a software engineering leadership role with a demonstrated record of delivering projects on schedule while upholding quality standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer certification is preferred, as is prior familiarity with Salesforce development.
What we offer
