We are currently looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join our team in Hyderabad on a hybrid basis to help us continue building the best engineering organization in the industry.
Key outcomes
- Lead one or more teams of engineers specializing in Backend, iOS, and Android development.
- Shape our product strategy and establish clear project goals while providing ongoing support to your team.
- Foster the growth of a diverse and accomplished engineering group as we scale at a unique pace.
- Cultivate a strong learning environment and serve as a dedicated mentor to both individual contributors and emerging leaders.
- Drive the implementation of scalable processes and values that improve our overall engineering culture.
- Provide technical guidance for the development and deployment of large-scale international projects.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners in product, design, and operations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a line management role.
- A background as a Software Engineer with a proven track record of building user-focused products in fast-paced environments.
- Strong experience in team building and a collaborative approach to working with peers, managers, and direct reports.
- A commitment to encouraging team members to improve their code quality and technical output.
- Demonstrated experience in performance management, including conducting reviews and setting actionable goals for team success.
- Professional proficiency in English.
