What you bring
We are seeking a Mid-Level Engineering Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is based in India and follows a hybrid work model, where you will lead both local and remote engineers. You will play a vital role in our technical organization by focusing on the following core responsibilities:
- Leading and supporting teams of Backend, iOS, and Android engineers.
- Contributing to product strategy and setting clear project goals for your team.
- Providing mentorship and conducting performance reviews to foster an environment of growth and success.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in software engineering and at least two years of experience as a line manager. We value candidates who have a proven track record of building teams and guiding them through technical challenges. You should be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional partners and possess the ability to mentor engineers while helping them improve their code. Proficiency in English is required, and we look for individuals who are eager to implement processes that help our organization scale effectively.
