About the Role

We are searching for an Engineering Manager to join us on a full-time basis. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will guide a newly strengthened team while maintaining technical ownership of our frontend, backend, and data layers. You will balance people management with architectural oversight, ensuring our critical systems remain at the forefront of the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and foster the professional growth of a diverse team of frontend, backend, data, and DevOps engineers.
• Define the technical vision and architectural strategy for our core systems.
• Coordinate the development and delivery of vital features across our analytics, reporting, and campaign management modules.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should bring a strong background in both leadership and technical execution. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience managing and growing mid-sized, full-stack engineering teams.
• Proven technical expertise in web development and a track record of building distributed systems and scalable architectures.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, such as Bitbucket or Git, and a deep understanding of agile methodologies like Kanban.
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for hiring and mentoring talent.
• Familiarity with BigQuery or similar data analytics platforms is considered a significant advantage.
• Prior experience in the AdTech or programmatic advertising space is highly valued.
