What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to join our founding team on a full-time basis in the United States. You will serve as the first manager on our engineering team, acting as a key partner to our CTO while driving our technical vision and product execution. Your role will involve the following core responsibilities:

• Lead, hire, mentor, and retain a team of high-performing engineers.
• Architect and oversee the development of our applications, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Product, Design, Sales, and Operations to deliver a best-in-class user experience.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a proven leader with at least 3 years of experience managing high-performing software engineering teams and 7 years of hands-on software engineering experience. You should have a deep technical background in Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, and GCP. We value candidates who have navigated the ambiguity of early-stage environments and possess the analytical mindset required to make impactful architectural decisions. Proficiency in English is required, along with a strong commitment to clear communication and a customer-obsessed approach to building products.
